When can I collect my order?

Once you have received a notification that your order is ready to collect you can pick up from Chapel Allerton, collection times to be arraged with Ella via whatsapp. 07875234747. 

How long does it take to recieve a postal order?

It really depends but we aim to get post out to you within 2 - 10 days of payment. 

Can I get a refund?

At this time we do not offer refunds to our online customers, however if you have any problems with your order we will do what we can to resolve it. Email hello@thepinkroomleeds.co.uk with the subject "order problem" with your order number and description of the issue.
